Open Letter (Part 2 of 5)

In second half of 2007, a group of students and followers of Master Ilia “M” Ramollah, signed and issued an open letter which was published in a plenty of Persian human activist websites and newspapers. The second part of its translation is as follows:

Open Letter (Part 2)

For the last five months, we have received plenty of confirmed news from the cultural butcher’s jail. During these months, Ilia has been forced extremely and tortured mentally to deny the truth: all his and his movement’s accomplishments in the last fifteen years.

Advised by Master, his followers have remained quiet for months. They have deliberated and pondered silently, hoping the officials themselves to response to the religious fanatics and cultural Al-Qaeda’s who were in charge of serial assassinations and the incidents of Tehran University Alley...

Months were gone and there were no responses from the officials. This heedlessness was because of the counterfeit justifications, distortions, and forgeries, which ARA provided and presented to the officials as special newsletters and bulletins against Master and his followers.
Consequently, we now decide to step out into the battlefield ourselves, in accordance with temporal circumstances.

Presently, the greatest lively ideas and the extracts of intellectuals’ opinions and words have been butchered for several months in the slaughterhouse of belief inquisitors and thought, liberty, and spirituality executioners. From now on, we strive to reveal the truth loudly, all around the world, as a respond to all cruelties and injustices we have suffered.

When he was sixteen, Ilia “M.” practically started to reveal the resultant of his deliberations, cognition, and observations regarding esoteric sciences and spiritual aspects of Koran and word of God (and a soul-oriented and inward-focused interpretation of word of God as a result) to a limited number of his followers.
The practical and theoretical discourses had continued in the same limited level before he was twenty-three, when his first series of public lectures started in Tehran. The audience, especially youths, students, and literate and knowledgeable persons, acknowledged the lectures exceptionally and extensively.

After a short time, none of The Tehran halls had the capacity to accept all the audience. Accordingly, the lectures broadcasted as recorded tapes and videos for several times.
In the years after, his speeches decrease in number because of ARA’s widespread restrictions and pressures. The religious fanatics and cultural Al-Qaeda’s, who incessantly want to dominate the whole domains of religion and culture to exploit for a variety of their profits, rushed new attacks every now and then.

Eventually, the first apparent physical assault took place at Shahid Shiroodi Arena in Tehran but Master’s arrestment plan failed at that time in consequence of people’s fortified position and strong resistance. After the incident, dimensions of attacks against Master Ilia “M.” took a new form and the wave of social and personality terrors increased and appeared more intensively in the fanatics and extremists’ bulletins.

According to a footnote of "the Open Letter":

In different places and for various groups of people who know him, Master Ilia “M.” Ramollah has been called by different names, some of which are: Peyman Fattahi, Mohammad Masih Mousavi, Kourosh Aryanejad, Elyahoo Hanavi, and Davood Abdelhay. Over the past years, Master has been known as ILIA “M.” among his followers and in Iranian society. Therefore, the same name is used for him here.

Also, some of other spellings for “Ale-Yassin” are: Aaleyasin, Aleyasin, Al-e-Yassin, Al-Yasin, etc.

Open Letter (Part 1 of 5)

In the second half of 2007, a group of students and followers of Master Ilia “M” Ramollah, signed and issued an open letter to “the people all around the world who care about justice and freedom” and "all righteous leaders” for describing what happened to them and to their Master. The letter was published in Persian language in a plenty of human activist websites and newspapers including Shahrvand (published in Canada, USA, and Germany), Kayhan (London), Iran Star, Nimroz, etc. Some parts of the letter were also broadcasted in some interviews on Voice OF America (VOA), Farda Radio, and other radios.
The translation of the Open Letter is as follows:

Open Letter (Part 1)

To: The people all around the world who cares about justice and freedom and to all righteous leaders

After years of pressure, hostility and threat, Master Fattah, known as Ilia “M” was finally arrested on May 27th, 2007 and was taken into section 209 of Evin prison. He was arrested by one of the most devious Iranian security organizations, called “The Department of Anti-Religions and Cults” (also known as “Anti-Religions Agency” or ARA).

A warrant to arrest Ilia “M.”’ was issued based on the view points of some religious dignitaries, according to ARA. It owed the fact that the security organization had not been able to make the decision itself for a few years because of the extensive support and resistance of Master’s devotees. However, after a few months of press invasions, which ignited and led by ARA and its mediators in an Iranian extremist newspaper and peaked in winter 2006, the members of a religious meeting made the final decision. The meeting consisted of some of the most prominent religious personalities and clergymen and as ARA claims, decided to arrest Master Ilia “M.” on an appropriate date and time, unexpectedly for his students/followers.

Some told and untold charges against Ilia were as follows:

“religious heresy, Christian orientation/persuasion, spiritual pluralism propagation, conspiracy against the Islamic regime, religious degenerating, strive for unifying Islam, Christianity, and Judaism, spreading spiritual liberalism, and American Islamism”. And also some other typical accusations which has usually been misused in the similar cases: “blasphemy, anti-regime propagandas, and struggling against national security by establishment of mystical and mysterious organizations and by making a new cult (called Iliaism)”.

But in fact, his only crime is: resistance against barbaric Islam, violent religiosity, and semi-Al-Qaeda cultural extremism (the extremism which presented Islam and Koran to the world with the worst possible face); or propagating liberal spirituality and liberated spiritualism, opposing to congealed and congealing religious interpretations, and explicating Koran in “a different point of view”.

He was arrested on May 30th, 2007 in Iran and jailed at the notorious Evin prison by one of the most devious Iranian intelligence and security agencies, called “The Department of Anti-Converse Religions and Cults” or “Anti-Religions Agency” (ARA).
