The Society of Al-e-Yassin (SOAY)

This blog is aimed at introducing The Society of Al-e-Yassin (SOAY) in English.

Known as the largest Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in the Middle East, SOAY is a research and cultural organization consisted of a plenty of societies, associations, and publications. The Society is founded in Iran and operated by the students and the followers of Master Elya “M” (Mr. Payman Fattahi) [1]. The number of the Society members, inside and outside Iran, is estimated to be between 140,000 and 160,000.

Some of Major NGOs depended to SOAY are:
• The Society of Professional Thinkers and Probers
• Al-e-Yassin Association of Interpreters, Writers and Instructors
• (Iranian) Nature Front Association (the largest Nature-oriented organization in the Middle East)

The magazines and journals depended to Al-e-Yassin include:
• The Divine Cognition
• The Motivators
• The Arts of living
• The Science of Success
• The Journal of Esoteric Science
• The Art of Divine Living
• …

Also, Yahou, Ha Mim (H. M.), and Ta-alim-e-Hagh Publications are Al-e-Yassin publishing institutes.

Presently, many of the publications and magazines such as The Motivators, Esoteric Science, The Art of Divine Living, and The Arts of Living are suspended in Iran. The sole reason for their suspensions is their connection to Master Elya M. [1]. The rest of the publications and the institutes are being forced to be shut down. Most of the books published by these publications are confiscated, some websites of the Society are filtered and forbidden in Iran, and the Society members are frequently called for inquiries by the Ministry of Security and Intelligence of Iran.

[1] Known as Master Elya “M.” among his followers, Mr. Payman Fattahi is the great teacher of thinking and the founder of SOAY. He was arrested on May 30th, 2007 in Iran and jailed at the notorious Evin prison by one of the most devious Iranian intelligence and security agencies, called “The Department of Anti-Converse Religions and Cults” or “Anti-Religions Agency” (ARA).
